Purpose of the site
The site presents the treatments offered by the Omatsu practice and allows an appointment to be requested. The information published is indicative and constitutes neither a diagnosis, nor a consultation, nor a promise of any result.
Appointments and cancellation
A request sent through the form is only confirmed once the practice has replied. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; a session cancelled late or not attended may be invoiced.
Fees and invoicing
Current fees are communicated before the first session. A receipt is issued after every consultation. Any reimbursement depends exclusively on your complementary insurance and on your individual policy; the practice guarantees neither the principle nor the amount.
Liability
The practice takes care to keep the published information accurate but cannot be held liable for an error, an omission, or a temporary unavailability of the site.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary.
