The Omatsu practice treats the confidentiality of the data entrusted to it as central to its work. This placeholder text describes which data are processed through this site, and why.
Data collected
Through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message. This information is passed to the practice for the sole purpose of answering your request and arranging an appointment.
No health data should be sent through the form. Medical details are discussed in consultation.
Purpose and legal basis
Data are processed in order to answer your request, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). They are never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and are then deleted. Patient records are retained for the statutory periods applicable to therapists in Switzerland.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data concerning you, by email or by telephone to the practice.
Professional confidentiality
Everything discussed in consultation is covered by professional confidentiality and is not passed to any third party without your written agreement.
